Shipping Policy

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Order processing times are separate from the shipping times quoted at checkout.
Occasionally there may be potential shipping delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are out of our control.
JD Tactical reserves the right to substitute a shipping method at no additional charge based on destination, size, or weight.

Shipping Rates and Carriers
JD Tactical and our drop ship suppliers utilize several reliable carriers to ensure your order is delivered in a secure and timely manner. Carriers and shipping services may vary as these are chosen by our suppliers.
Free shipping is offered for orders $75 and over and under 10 pounds.
Shipping charges and expected delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Drop shipped products ship separately from our suppliers and may arrive in separate packages and on different days.

Estimated Arrival Time
Estimated arrival time does not include processing time and only indicates when a product is scheduled to reach the destination after leaving the warehouse.
Estimated arrival time does not apply when a package is delayed due to adverse weather conditions.
All estimated delivery dates are estimates – they are not guaranteed delivery dates. Once a package leaves the warehouse we cannot control when the final delivery is made.

Delivery Address
We cannot ship to PO boxes.
The delivery address cannot be modified once the order is placed or has been shipped.
JD Tactical currently does not ship outside the U.S.

Tracking
You will receive an email notification with a tracking number when your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available from the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by lost or damaged packages. If you have not received your order within 48 hours of the quoted delivery time or the tracking information has not been updated, please contact us at support@jdholsters.com with your name and order number.
When possible, refuse acceptance of any package with visible damage to the box. If you have received a damaged package, contact us immediately with your name, order number and details of the damage to initiate a claim and we will respond with instructions. Defective items must be reported within 48 hours.

Returns & Exchanges
If we have made a mistake, rest assured that we will take care of it. Please contact us at support@jdholsters.com if you find an error with your order.
If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return the item for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). We accept returns within 15 days of delivery if the item is unused, unassembled and in its original packaging. Packaging, external and internal, but be complete and undamaged. We will refund the total purchase amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Refer to Return Policy for the Steps to Initiate a Return.
