Refund and Returns Policy

If we have made a mistake, rest assured that we will take care of it. Please contact us at support@jdholsters.com if you find an error with your order.

If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return the product for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

If you receive a damaged shipment, notify JD Tactical within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.

We accept returns within 15 days of receipt if the product is unused, unassembled and in its original packaging. Packaging, external and internal, but be complete and undamaged and must include accompanying manuals, instructions, and accessories.

Shoes must have tags intact and not be worn outside. Clothing must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with the tags still attached.

We will refund the total purchase amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In some cases, products shipped directly from the supplier must be returned to the supplier. Some suppliers may charge a 15% restocking fee. Certain suppliers will not accept products returned if the original package has been opened.

Products Not Eligible for Return

  • All clearance sales are final. Special products sold “as is” are not eligible for return.
  • Armor plates, helmets, visors, and shields are not eligible for returns.
  • Products requiring fuel or liquids may not be returned once the fuel or liquid have been added.
  • Lower receivers/frames, receiver blanks, receiver flats, pistol braces may not be returned.

Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges upon inspection. Other restrictions may apply.
Original and return shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return is the result of our error or merchandise is damaged in transit.

Exchanges
Return the original product(s) for a refund and place a new order. We will ship your new order immediately, reducing wait time for replacement. Once we receive the returned product(s), we will issue an immediate refund.

Steps to Initiate a Return
Email returns@jdholsters.com with the Order Number in the Subject line. Itemize the product(s) and reason for return in the email message confirming the product(s) is unused and in original packaging with tags intact.
Return instructions will be emailed to you along with notice of any restocking fee if applicable.

Return Packaging
In order to resell the product, the original packaging must be intact and undamaged. The cost of additional packing materials to ensure the safety of the product during the shipping process are not eligible for reimbursement. Shoe boxes or other product boxes being returned must be protected within a suitable shipping package.
